Shipping policy
Delivery, Liability, and Package Protection Policy:
Pursuant to regulatory mandates governing the distribution of vapor products, all deliveries necessitate an adult signature for receipt. This stringent requirement serves as a primary mechanism for age verification and legal compliance. To ensure the integrity of our fulfillment process, each order undergoes meticulous inspection, both pre- and intra-shipment, with comprehensive documentary evidence retained.
Notwithstanding our commitment to rigorous quality control, RedHawk Vapes hereby disclaims liability for the following eventualities, unless the customer has elected to purchase Route Package Protection at the point of sale:
- Loss due to theft post-delivery: Once delivery is confirmed, the onus of securing the package rests solely with the recipient, except where Package Protection has been purchased, in which case claims for post-delivery theft may be filed within. Transit: While we employ reputable carriers, responsibility for in-transit damages is explicitly excluded, except where Package Protection has been purchased, in which case claims for in-transit damage may be filed within according to our terms.
- Delivery redirection or failure resulting in return to sender: Customers are obligated to monitor their tracking information. The carrier will execute a maximum of two delivery attempts. Failure to receive the package within this timeframe will result in its return. Subsequent re-delivery attempts will incur additional charges, payable by the customer. Package Protection does not protect against re-delivery fees.
Customers are expressly prohibited from unilaterally altering delivery protocols by directly contacting the courier. Such actions may precipitate delivery complications and delays, for which RedHawk assumes no responsibility. All delivery-related inquiries must be directed via text to 714-406-2430. This channel is reserved exclusively for active delivery inquiries; non-pertinent communications will be disregarded. This number is for text communication only.
In the event of order cancellation or refund requests, irrespective of cause, all shipping fees are non-refundable. Furthermore, a 25% restocking fee will be levied.
- Package Protection: RedHawk offers customers the option to purchase Package Protection at checkout. This service provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, subject to the terms and conditions. Customers who elect to purchase Package Protection are advised to familiarize themselves with our claims process and coverage policies. The purchase of Package protection does not remove the adult signature requirement.
- For all package protection claims, customers must follow the policies set forth by us.
