Licensed businesses that resell nicotine products: vape and smoke shops, convenience stores, distributors and online retailers. You must be 21 or older.
What do I need to apply?
Your business details, your business registration or license, a tobacco license where your state or country requires one, your Tax ID / EIN document, and a seller's permit or resale certificate if you have one. Uploads can be PDF, JPG or PNG.
Do you ship to my state?
Shipping depends on state and local rules for nicotine and flavored products. We confirm availability for your location when we review your application.
What happens after I apply?
